As our Co-founder, Gretchen Wright’s vision was the catalyst to open Texas Secure Title Company and she now serves as president of the company. Gretchen’s comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions can be attributed to her personal experience working in multiple areas of the title and escrow industry. As a title agent, her career spans over 25 years and includes work in title examination, serving as an Escrow Officer and as a Branch Manager.
In addition to her experience as an escrow agent, Gretchen has a keen sense for business development that revolves around excellent customer service and educating customers and clients throughout the closing process. She understands the local Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market and understands the intricacies of escrow and real estate title. She strives to make your transaction stress-free. By providing you with excellent service in a customer friendly environment, you can rest assured that your transaction will close with confidence.
Gretchen is married with two sons, Jack and William, and a daughter, Audrey. She resides in Euless with her family including three dogs, Rocky, Cooper and Dexter. She enjoys spending time with her family, working in her yard, camping, hiking, running and traveling.

Derek Wright’s vision has been to create a workplace where the principles of Love, Willingness, and Courage would be lived out. By employing staff members that embrace and promote his vision, he ensures our unique team concept.
Since Derek has been in the industry for over 25 years, he is able to provide his extensive knowledge in both real estate and title. His unique perspective as a Broker Owner gives him keen insight on servicing your real estate clients and provides great direction for all of the team members at Texas Secure Title.
Derek is married with two sons, Jack and William, and a daughter, Audrey. He resides in Euless with his family including three dogs, Rocky, Copper, and Dexter. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding his Harley and traveling.

Renee Hicks is an integrity-driven and highly accomplished business professional with more than 30 years of experience delivering excellence in business operations, client relations, process improvement, organizational strategy and development, financial management, and project management. She is a Certified Escrow Settlement Professional (CESP), a Licensed Project Management Professional (PMP®), and holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Architectural Specialization.
Renee is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to create a welcoming, high-performing environment. Enthusiastic, accessible, and solutions-focused, she works closely with ownership, staff, and clients to ensure successful outcomes—particularly in the execution of complex real estate transactions. Her ability to adapt her approach to diverse personalities has earned her a reputation as “an employer’s dream—professional, genuinely personable, honest, tactful, and motivating.”
Raised in a military family, Renee developed adaptability, discipline, and resilience early in life, with opportunities to live in multiple locations across the country before settling permanently in Texas. Originally from Austin, she now proudly calls the Dallas–Fort Worth area home.
Outside of the office, Renee enjoys vacationing anywhere a beach is involved and spending time with her family, including her children, their spouses, and her five amazing grandchildren. Of all the titles she holds, “GiGi” is by far her favorite.

Gay Lynn Bradford, a proud Native American from Oklahoma, brings over 35 years of experience in the title industry to Texas Secure Title as a skilled and dedicated Escrow Officer. With her extensive knowledge and attention to detail, Gay Lynn thrives on the challenge of handling even the most complex title transactions—she loves solving problems and turning each deal into a success story. She believes that every person has a unique story to tell, and she’s passionate about helping clients find their own happy endings.
Outside of work, Gay Lynn enjoys a full and vibrant life. She’s a proud mom to her 25-year-old daughter and shares her home in Arlington with her sweet rescue Labrador, Gizmo. A lover of music, travel, and creativity, Gay Lynn also enjoys needlepoint and exploring her artistic side. Her positive energy and love for life shine through in everything she does!

Kirsten Green has called Texas home since 1996. She graduated from Baylor University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015.
Kirsten began her legal career in title insurance with McAlister & Garcia in 2016. Since then, she has served as In-House Counsel for a real estate investment trust (REIT), overseeing more than 500 single-family residential transactions per month while opening and managing a boutique firm to serve the title industry, and later as Senior Counsel at the Law Office of Don W. Ledbetter, PLLC.
In these roles, she represented buyers, sellers, and lenders across Texas in a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters.
Kirsten considers it both an honor and a privilege to continue serving her clients with the same commitment to excellence, integrity, and personalized service that has defined her career. With gratitude for the trust her clients place in her, Kirsten looks forward to not only maintaining those relationships but continuing to grow and find new ways to give back to her community.
Branch Manager / Escrow Officer
Bridget Denison is from upstate New York where she worked for an amazing company for 10 years – 5 of them being in a Manager position. In 2014 she decided to move down to the wonderful state of Texas where she was introduced into the title industry. She worked hard and diligently and earned her stripes to climb up the ladders rather quickly.
Having more than 25 years of Customer Service experience and countless years of leadership skills and training, she took pride in her business and was welcomed into the Texas Secure Title Company team with open arms.
She is married to her high school sweetheart and best friend and will be married 26 years this upcoming February. Bridget has 2 boys, 22 & 25, 3 dogs, a cat, and she is planning to eventually have cows and of course, chickens. She loves to cook, bake, road trips, fishing, hiking, camping, swimming, long walks and truly helping others from the bottom of her heart, but most of all – she loves spending time with her family.
Escrow Officer
Ruth Ann began her career in the title industry with Texas Secure Title in 2016. With a foundation as a company receptionist she has successfully maneuvered her way to where she is now. Her dedication to work her way up shows how much pride she takes in her work to provide top-notch support to her clients. As an escrow officer, she recognizes the significance of her role and strives to perform outstanding service. She has experience with any and all files ranging from multi-million commercial properties down to simple manufactured homesteads. However, no matter the size or the limits, she will give her full attention to each file as if it were her only one. Her enjoyment comes from making people happy. She strives to give her 110% on each file and will leave you with all of your expectations met.
When Ruth Ann is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has four children, three young adults and one teenager, and she recently became a Glamma to her first born grandson and she is ecstatic for this new adventure. For fun, you can catch Ruth Ann enjoying cookouts, venturing through amusement parks, swimming, playing volleyball, throwing the occasional game or movie night, and going to church. With nearly three decades of experience in the title industry, Jennifer Rose brings deep expertise and a strong sense of legacy to every transaction. A third-generation escrow officer, Jennifer began her career 29 years ago at Trinity Western Title Plant (now Alamo), following in the footsteps of both her father and grandfather.
Over the years, she has developed a well-rounded skill set—handling everything from opening orders and title examination to processing, funding, and post-closing. After years as a trusted processor, Jennifer transitioned to full-time closer more than a decade ago and has been dedicated to creating smooth, successful closings for her clients ever since.
Originally from Burleson, Texas, Jennifer recently returned to her hometown after 21 years away and is thrilled to be back in the community she loves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, son, and two granddaughters.
Jennifer is known for her attention to detail, deep industry knowledge, and genuine commitment to serving her clients with care and professionalism.
Branch Manager / Escrow Officer
Amanda’s career expands over a decade and has been centered on customer service. She has worked in multiple areas of closing and has changed her primary focus from sales and marketing into closing. She focuses on maintaining excellent communication with each and every client to improve the closing experience. Perfect customer service is her ultimate goal. Amanda’s innovative ideas and passionate pursuit of serving others enables her to accomplish these goals. She is genuinely concerned about clients’ needs, and she does everything she can to see that her clients’ concerns are addressed efficiently.
Amanda and her husband Damon have two children, Dominic and Elizabeth. She is a native Texan, living in the Mid-Cities her entire life. Amanda is a cheerleading coach with Mid-Cities Pee Wee Football and Cheerleading Association where she gives her heart and soul to eight little girls for four months of every year. She has sustained many honors for her enormous contributions in this area. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, sports (especially hockey), taking pictures and scrapbooking.

With over twenty-two years of experience as an escrow officer, as well as living in the area for more than twenty years, she has established a firm foundation in both title and in the community. When you work with Deana McAdoo, you can expect to someone who is trustworthy, honest, and dependable—someone who thrives in making the purchase or sale of a home an exciting experience for each one of her clients. Deana and her husband Mitch have been married for thirty-six years and they have two daughters, Misha and Kyndel, and two dogs, Sam and Ruby. When not working hard at the office, you can find her at her home at the lake; working in her yard, on the boat fishing, or taking care of her plants.

Inika comes to us from Tampa, Florida and has over a decade of Customer Service Management and Real Estate experience. She saw an opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives by providing clients with quality real estate service and joined the Texas Secure Title family in 2015. Inika worked her way up the company ladder with a combination of hard work, dedication, and a willingness to go the extra mile. With each client, she believes in providing world class service!
When you work with Inika Vance in the purchase or sale of a home, you feel like her only client. She believes that the most important thing she can do as an Escrow Officer is to provide the care and concern you need when deciding about your most important investment.
Inika and her husband, Eric, have a daughter Jalyn and a son Jordan. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in her home state at the University of Tennessee. Outside the workplace, Inika lives by her motto, “Faith, Family, and Football.”

Leona Scarafiotti’s background and personal life reflect a strong dedication to both her professional and personal commitments. In her role in the title industry since 2017, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to providing exceptional customer service, working closely with ownership and staff. Her wide-ranging experience across different states—New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, and Texas—has enriched her perspective, and she treasures the lifelong friendships formed during those years.
Born and raised in Colorado, Leona is the youngest of six girls, a detail that might highlight her nurturing and family-oriented nature. With her children settled in the DFW area, she’s made Texas her permanent home, symbolizing both a personal and professional milestone. Beyond her career, Leona finds joy in spending time with her large family, including her husband, two children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and three granddaughters, Tenley, Ellie and Raelyn. Her love for travel also suggests she values new experiences and exploring the world, whether for relaxation or adventure.

Amanda is a dedicated customer focused Escrow Officer offering over 3 years of title experience with a special focus on Spanish closings. She began her career in the title world as an Escrow Assistant for a Fee Attorney. Although her title career is fairly new, providing extraordinary customer service is not. Prior to her title journey, she managed restaurants for nine years and loved getting to know every one of her clients. Amanda’s family immigrated to the US from Mexico and she is fluent in Spanish. Her vision is to provide the Spanish Community a memorable closing experience by educating them and keeping them informed throughout the entire closing process. Amanda’s warm and welcoming personality makes every client feel valued. Amanda and her husband Erik currently reside in Overton South with their two fur babies, Mia and Achilles, and are proud Fort Worth natives.

Michelle Rojas brings over 7 years of title experience to the Texas Secure Title Family. Michelle started her career in title as the Funder for Texas Secure Title before transitioning into an Escrow Officer. Prior to joining the title industry, Michelle brought over 15 years of mortgage servicing and loan originations experience. Her attention detail and flawless expertise in both lending and title was a natural fit for Michelle to transition into the Escrow Officer role. You will be at ease knowing she takes the time to communicate and address all concerns and questions as soon as they arise. She is exceptional at providing superior service and ensuring that each and every party involved is informed throughout the process. When Michelle is not closing on your file, she can be found spending quality time with her two children and animals.
