Renee Hicks is an integrity-driven and highly accomplished business professional with more than 30 years of experience delivering excellence in business operations, client relations, process improvement, organizational strategy and development, financial management, and project management. She is a Certified Escrow Settlement Professional (CESP), a Licensed Project Management Professional (PMP®), and holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Architectural Specialization.
Renee is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to create a welcoming, high-performing environment. Enthusiastic, accessible, and solutions-focused, she works closely with ownership, staff, and clients to ensure successful outcomes—particularly in the execution of complex real estate transactions. Raised in a military family, Renee developed adaptability, discipline, and resilience early in life, with opportunities to live in multiple locations across the country before settling permanently in Texas. Originally from Austin, she now proudly calls the Dallas–Fort Worth area home.
Outside of the office, Renee enjoys vacationing anywhere a beach is involved and spending time with her family, including her children, their spouses, and her five amazing grandchildren. Of all the titles she holds, “GiGi” is by far her favorite.
