Position Summary:
Texas Secure Title Company is seeking an Escrow Assistant possessing a strong desire to work in a true team-oriented environment that provides layers of support for you to exceed your professional goals, and offer the best client experience in the industry. We are interviewing friendly, service minded individuals interested in growing their career in the Title Industry.
The ideal candidate has proven success in performing all administrative duties relating to escrow files before and after closing, examining legal ownership, encumbrances and title insurance requirements for real property, performing Survey Reviews, writing Survey Exceptions in the Title Commitment, performing Bring to Date Examinations, and finalizing title policies with clear understanding of Texas Department of Insurance Escrow Accounting Administrative Rules. The successful candidate must have an eye for detail and ability to accurately audit the file before issuing the title policy. This position requires a positive attitude with extraordinary customer service and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment where speed and accuracy are recognized and rewarded.

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
